Listen to, Bill Ciesla, a forest health specialist and has held positions with the USDA Forest Service, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and as a forest health consultant. He has worked in over 35 countries, is the author of over 170 publications dealing with forest insect and disease pests, remote sensing and global climate change. In addition to being a member of the United Nations Association (UNA), he serves as a Master Gardener with the CSU Extension Service.
